- Contact details: your name, email address and phone number.
- Order details: what you bought, when, and the amount paid.
- Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.
- Communication records: emails, texts and messages you send us or receive from us.
- Basic site data: the pages you visit and your device and browser type, collected through cookies and similar tools.
How we use it
- To process your registration or enrollment and send your receipt.
- To send confirmations, session links, reminders, materials and credit codes.
- To give you access to your courses and student community.
- To answer your questions and give support.
- To send news and offers about JPL Dream Academy by email. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
- To keep our records, prevent fraud and meet legal requirements.
Text messages
We send text messages only to people who have agreed to receive them. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. We do not share mobile phone numbers or text message consent with third parties for their marketing.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run JPL Dream Academy, such as our payment processor (Stripe), our customer management, email and course platform, and our video meeting provider (Zoom). They may use your information only to provide their services to us. We may also share information when the law requires it.

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services, keep business and tax records, and meet legal obligations.
Your choices

Children
Our workshops and courses are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
