Terms of Use

These terms apply when you register for a JPL Dream Academy workshop, enroll in a course or use jplda.com. By registering or paying, you agree to them.

1. Workshops

Our workshops are live sessions taught by Jean R. Mervilus, EA, on Zoom or in person at 3731 Lakeworth Rd, Palm Springs, FL 33461. Dates, times (Eastern Time) and prices are shown on the registration page. Seats are limited. Sessions are not recorded. If we need to change a session, we will tell you by email. Refunds are covered in our Refund Policy.

2. Education only

Our workshops and courses are educational. They do not guarantee exam results, employment or income, and they are not tax advice for your own return.

3. Materials and conduct

  • Workbooks, slides, cheat sheets and other materials are for your personal use. Do not copy, share, resell or post them.
  • Do not record sessions or share your Zoom link with others.
  • Please be respectful to the instructor and other students. We may remove anyone who disrupts a session.

4. Workshop credit

  • After your last session we email you a credit code. It is valid through the date shown in that email, which is 3 days after your last session.
  • The credit equals the fee you paid for your workshop. You can use it toward the $549, $1,000 or $2,500 options. It does not apply to the $349 self-paced course.
  • The code can be used once per customer.
  • If you pay by installment plan, the credit is applied to your first payment only.

5. Payments and payment plans

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars. The $549 option is paid in full. The $1,000 option can be paid in 4 monthly payments of $250, and the $2,500 option in 5 monthly payments of $500.

If an installment is not paid within 5 days after its due date, your access to the course may be ended. This does not cancel the balance you owe. Contact [email protected] if you have a problem with a payment.

6. Your account and access

Course access is personal to you and may not be shared. Please keep your login details private and make sure the contact details you give us are correct so you receive your emails.

7. Limits of liability

We provide our workshops and courses as they are described on our website. To the extent the law allows, JPL Dream Academy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the workshop or course in question.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. The terms in effect when you pay apply to your purchase.
